The funds for the landside development have gone forward to the Gov's Office and we should be finalizing the plans this week. I don't believe the building is going to block the view as the landing has plenty of locations to enjoy the ocean. We will all benefit from this upgrade and will be able to look foward to seeing the final phases of the project.
The parking will be upgraded in this new development and everyone should be able to enjoy an easier parking scheme

There were no special events planned for this weekend until Mel Gibson and Co. decided to film in the landing. We also had a MOB on Sunday. No additional info as of this response.

Launch fees are $5 per launch or a $50 fee for a yearly pass. Commercial Launch Fee is $50 per launch or a $500 yearly pass. The money is going to be used for the upkeep and management of the landing and for maintaining the new ramps which are scheduled for construction in the very near future. The new ramps will also include a 140 ft pier with a 60 ft gangway and 60 ft of floats which will make for a much better experience at te ramps.

Yes there are slips available on a first come first served basis. The cost is $2 per foot per night (electric and water included).Just stop by the Harbormaster's Office with a check and we will be glad to reserve a slip for you. Parking will be available on a first come basis also. One can assume heavy parking and should arrive early. Overnight parking IS allowed.
